I’ve started my training for next years ride but I am worried about the cold weather coming up and I’m not too good with cycling in the winter but don’t want to stop with my training therefore anyone here used a turbo trainer? are they any good?
They seem expensive too so any specific ones you’ve used which you could recommend to me?
cheers

I have one in my shed – unused. Even in the cold and wet, I would rather be out going somewhere than sat on a turbo trainer. That said – if you need to squeeze training in to a hectic family life, they are probably worth a bet! Try and find a turbo training class locally, and give that a go first?
