Thinking of a little solo trip Bristol to Paris… I was going to go
Bristol, Bath, down to Trowbridge, across Devizes, past Pewsey, Great Bedwyn Kintbury, Aldermaston, calcot, Through Reading, Camberly, Frimley, Farnborough, Guildford down the cycle path I used to ride daily as a youngster down to Brighton across the coast to Saltdean and Newhaven and then from Dieppe down to Paris… its just shy of 360 miles. I thought 5 days for the round trip? My max was 60 miles in sub 4 hours (I will train a bit harder) giving myself a bit of time to enjoy France at the end. What do you think, too much or too little time? my 60 miler was in hilly wales and average speed was about 17-
